About the Traineeship
Receive industry-driven support and advice on the nature and content of entry-level training for the mobile crane industry to achieve competency in mobile crane occupations.
Metcalf Crane Services have been a proud supporter of the VMCTA since 2019 and have seen five trainees through the program during that time with an excellent trainee retention rate.
The program is sponsored by Incolink with a view to bridging the gap between the knowledge of seasoned operators in the industry and new recruits.
